My Review:  This is a gorgeously constructed journal that is compact and easy to use.  Each page has a prompt that allows the user to reflect and write without difficulties.   I can’t tell you how many times I have started a journal of some kind and then have stopped because I lost inspiration.  I plan on leaving this book out on my night table and  writing in it daily either in the morning or before I go to sleep.  Even though there are 365 prompts, there are no dates on the page so that you can start whenever you want and if you lapse, it is ok to just pick up again when you can.

I look forward to getting into this journal and reflecting on the things that make me happy!  I give this journal 5 crowns.
