Unconditionally is both a sweet and sexy romantic comedy and a hilariously relate-able look at finding happiness where you least expect it.
Erin Lyon graduated with a bachelor’s degree in English and then worked in broadcast television at the Sacramento ABC affiliate for 10 years before going to law school. She is now a practicing civil attorney and blames all of the people in her life for not trying to talk her out of the whole “becoming a lawyer” thing. After finishing law school, she completed her first novel and began working on the sequels. Erin lives in Northern California with her husband of nearly 20 years (the Saint), her two daughters (the Girls), her three rescue dogs (the Boys), and three cats, who, let’s be real, belong only to themselves. The Contract Killers is her debut novel.

This is the second book in the Contract Killers series. I had the pleasure of reading and reviewing the first one when it was published and I am excited to be a part of this blog tour for its sequel.
The premise of these books is an interesting one. Instead of marriage, couple sign 7 year contracts with the option to renew. If a couple can not make it through the 7 years together, they have to go through a lawyer and possibly a court case for breach of contract.
Kate never thought she would go into signing law but here she is and she is doing well in the field. Her own love life is a mess but that doesn’t mean anything when it comes to trying her cases.
This is a fun, fast, sexy read. I really enjoyed this book as much as I did the first one.
